Memory Making in Uganda

1 Mins read

Memory making in Uganda.

Love is amazing. It is a profound quality that increases when we give it away.

When Jessica and I had children, we didn’t have a finite portion of love to divide between them. We didn’t take half of our love for each other and apply it to Alexis, then Amber, then Madelyn. Rather, with each new birth, our love grew, expanding our hearts and our capacity to love.

In my life and faith, I constantly get to meet amazing new people, and no matter how many I meet, the capacity to love them keeps increasing. It is remarkable! And this isn’t unique to me. You, and every other human, experience this too.

If mere human love is capable of expanding to every new friendship or relationship, it isn’t much of a stretch to believe that God could indeed love the world.
